Deposits
For small private events (between 5-19 participants), ArtLove requires a $175 non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. All deposits are applied towards your balance. The balance is due prior to the start of your event. You must pay for the minimum number of guests (5) even if you have less.
For parties of 20 and larger ArtLove requires a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. A second payment of 25% is required two-weeks prior to the event and the final 25% balance is due on the date of the event.
For Face Painting and Belly Bump Painting ArtLove requires a a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm a reservation. The final 50% balance is due on the date of the event.
Methods of Payment
Deposits and payments can be made to ArtLove via PayPal, Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) cash or check made payable to ArtLove, LLC. A$35 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. ArtLove requires that each private paint party provide one contact/organizer responsible for collecting payment from invited guests and submitting the balance to ArtLove the form of one payment prior to the start of each event.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations are non-refundable. ArtLove will retain the deposit as an inconvenience fee to cover all pre-event expenses.
As a courtesy ArtLove will allow any group the opportunity to reschedule their event if they contact us 5 days prior to the scheduled event date. The ability to reschedule is based on calendar availability. All events must be rescheduled within 6-months of the original event date in order for client to retain the original pricing.
